RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Conditions

LUX-PRO Flashlights are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for any reason, subject to the following criteria: Provide the original order number and/or original receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. LUX-PRO will refund the entire purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Items purchased online may only be returned via mail to the company headquarters (not to retail locations). In-store purchases are subject to the independent distributor’s return policies. Customer refunds will be provided in the same form that original payment was provided (e.g. Paypal, Visa, etc.) except if by cash which will be returned by check.

*All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Methods of Returning

By Mail – Mail the item(s) for return or exchange to the Return Address below. When mailing your return, please include a copy of your receipt or your order number, contact information and your return ship to address. Mailed-in returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving.

Exchanges 

LUX-PRO Flashlight items are eligible to be exchanged within 90 days of the date of purchase for any reason, subject to the following criteria: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and must include a $7.00 processing fee for exchange postage & handling and any repackaging fees. All exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Merchandise can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value of the original purchase price. A copy of the original purchase receipt or the order number must be included in the exchange. Please call or email customer service before exchanging multiple items.

Items purchased online may only be exchanged via mail to the company headquarters (not to retail locations). In-store purchases are subject to the independent distributor’s exchange policies. Any exchanged merchandise that is returned without the $7 processing fee will be processed as a return (if eligible) and will be subject to the conditions outlined in the "Return Conditions" section of this page.
